First time experiencing. Customer service and the whole process went awesome. I would highly recommend to anybody that is looking for assistance and help or have any doubts like I've did before.

I've dealt with H&R Block my whole tax paying time & have never had an issue...until now. The employee I dealt with was not properly trained or needed a different job. She had to ask someone else to check to see if she was inputting info in right. She told me someone else had already claimed me, which the manager informed they hadn't. She also insisted I file married & separate instead of jointly, which I kept telling her & I'm married so why would I not? She even put it into the system which I had to get the manager to change. Once all of this was over I was then told I couldn't file because the employee didn't know I didn't have a paper I needed until the computer told her so. Of course I left, filed with Jackson Hewitt & had no problem whatsoever.

The people at h&r block off Warren h Abernathy were very very helpful. I went there after leaving another location bc I was made to feel like my time didn't matter to them. I had a kinda complicated situation and the made me feel comfortable, made sure I understood everything and even exercised more patience than I myself had with my own situation.

The overall customer service is lovely. Big smiles, professional attitudes, and they really shown care and concern in making sure we leave satisfied...I feel welcome and comfortable each time I visit... Carolyn Jackson always takes care of me...such a sweetheart.

I had to do two years worth of Taxes. H&r block was professional and they help me do my taxes. They also help me with my cryptocurrency and made certain I got a refund back.
